Four Easy Steps to Mail System Set Up
Decide where you will manage your mail (kitchen counter, home office desk, family room couch, etc.).
- Decide your different categories of mail – fewer is better (recycle, shred, bill, read, calendar, someone else, etc.).
- Decide what will hold your different categories of mail (recycle bin, shredder, magazine holder, folders, stacking trays, vertical sorter, etc.).
- Assemble your category holder(s) in the one place.
